At NorCal Aquarium and Wildlife Adventures, we are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Services/Sales Team Member to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

Compensation: This position offers a base pay of $20 per hour, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses and commissions. With consistent performance, bonus eligibility, and full-time hours, total annual compensation typically ranges from $50,000 to $70,000.

Bonus opportunities may include (but are not limited to):

• Guest experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Membership and ticket sales.
• Premium experiences and upsells.
• Team and location performance incentives.

Bonus and commission structures are subject to change and are based on individual and site performance. Team members must be actively employed at the time of payout to be eligible.

This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations, strong support, and the opportunity to earn $1,000+ in bonuses per pay period during peak times.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers and actively sell our products/services.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and confidently close sales.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

• You're comfortable starting conversations and asking for the sale.

• You understand that sales performance directly impacts earnings.

Pay & Incentives:

• $20 per hour starting pay.
• Generous bonus structure based on performance.
• Top performers can earn $1,000 or more in bonuses per pay period during peak times.
• Reliable hourly income + upside (not commission-only).

Schedule:

• Scheduling will be discussed during the interview process and may include evenings and/or weekends, depending on business needs.
