Work Flexibility: Hybrid

*This role will require heavy travel where the candidate will be expected to be at events nationwide, at least 3x/month, 2-5 days at a time.

The Medical Education Associate is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, management, and execution of Stryker's educational programs and resources. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing departments along with cross-divisional partners, to ensure a first-rate learning experience. The position also develops relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders, and vendors to provide safe and effective use training.

What you will do:

• Basic understanding of marketing/sales-related event coordination
• Basic product and procedural knowledge
• Basic understanding of the competitive landscape
• General understanding of key customer groups
• Basic understanding of educational program design
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
• Support the coordination of Medical Education courses and programs
• Basic understanding of how we deliver training
• Gather data and information from Medical Education programs
• Understand our medical education and business strategy
• Understand our budgeting process
• Understand customer profiles, including why we engage KOL
• Understand training and Medical Education workstreams
• Understand why and how we listen to our customers
• Awareness of internal branding guidelines
• Aware of commonly used internal communication tools

What you need

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organisational authority
