Georgia Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Full-Time

Council & Associates, LLC - Atlanta, GA

Compensation: $120,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Schedule: Full-Time (Hybrid)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven, personal injury firm where you will have a direct impact on the lives of clients and the growth of the practice. As an Associate Attorney in our hybrid pre-litigation and litigation role, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full case cycle, develop your litigation skills, and work closely with a seasoned trial attorney.

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence in the courtroom, and a genuine passion for client advocacy. At Council & Associates, you won't be a cog in a large machine. You'll be part of a tight-knit team where your voice, contributions, and career growth truly matter.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases.
• Take ownership of cases from beginning to end, including demands, filings, hearings, mediations, and trial prep.
• Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
• Ensure thorough file management and compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2 - 6 years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation and some litigation exposure required).
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities.
• Ability to balance empathy for clients with strong courtroom presence.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
