Title of Position: Restaurant Recruiter

Job Description: The Restaurant/Senior Living Recruiter must be a motivated, friendly self-starter with personal discipline and an entrepreneurial attitude. The person in this position will establish recruiting needs by interviewing candidates and meeting with managers to discuss needs. The Restaurant/Senior Living Recruiter will attract applicants by placing job advertisements on various job boards and will determine candidate qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, and verifying references. The Executive Restaurant/Senior Living Recruiter must be proficient with internet search engines, have exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and be able to follow established protocol.

The IDEAL candidate is someone who has:

• 2+ years of management or culinary/senior living recruiting experience.
• A high level of technology skills and not afraid of learning new technology.
• Experience of being on their computer and conducting interviews 6-8 hours per day.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

This person must desire to mentor management applicants and impact lives daily.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant/Senior Living Recruiter must have 2+ years of Management, Human Resource/Recruiting, Assistant General Management, or General Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• The Restaurant/Senior Living Recruiter must have entrepreneurial ambition and desire to be in business for themselves
• The Restaurant Recruiter must have the highest levels of professionalism and integrity
• The Restaurant Recruiter must have self-discipline and the ability to work independently
