As a Hospitality Project Manager, you'll be at the center of bringing inspiring art programs to life for hospitality and commercial spaces around the world. Working closely with our project management team, art advisors, artists, and trusted suppliers, you'll oversee approved artworks from initial specification through quoting, sourcing, procurement, and production. You'll turn creative vision into reality by crafting detailed deal sheets, writing clear and accurate specs, and partnering with vendors to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard.

You'll Report To: Senior Project Manager

A Typical Day as a Hospitality Project Manager Might Include:

• Creating, reviewing, and refining detailed specifications and deal sheets that set projects up for success
• Collaborating with framing partners, vendors, and factories, including negotiating contracts and pricing
• Managing projects end-to-end through every phase of design, production, and delivery
• Maintaining clear, consistent, and accurate reporting across all active projects
• Monitoring budgets and maintaining healthy profit margins
• Managing purchase requisitions, including quoting, vendor evaluation, and order processing

You'll thrive in this role if you're highly detail-oriented, bring strong project management expertise, enjoy solving complex problems, and communicate clearly and confidently. Success also means being comfortable mentoring and training junior project managers as the team grows.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in art consulting, interior design, project management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools
• Proven experience handling purchase requisitions, negotiating contracts, managing vendors, and driving process improvements
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and working with spreadsheets and data
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to proactively resolve issues and roadblocks-and the judgment to know when to escalate
• A confident, take-charge attitude paired with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort wearing multiple hats-no task is too small or too big
• A positive, supportive demeanor-we're casual and informal, but we take our work seriously and responsibly

Compensation:

The starting base pay for this role is between USD $60,000 and USD $70,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and other perks.
