- Lead Development: Partner with engineering to translate requirements into user stories and technical specs. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Measure Success: Define KPIs, monitor performance post-launch, and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Enable Growth: Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft compelling positioning, messaging, and enablement materials. Support pricing and packaging decisions.
- Expand Reach: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to enhance product capabilities and accelerate market penetration.
- Be the Connector: Align stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success around shared priorities-always advocating for the customer.
What You Bring
- Experience: 6+ years in product management with a proven track record of owning roadmaps and delivering features from concept to launch.

- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs. Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma).
- Agile Mindset: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana).
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect product decisions to business objectives and market dynamics.
- Customer-Centric: Deep curiosity about user problems and relentless focus on solving them.
- Data-Driven: Skilled at analyzing data and using evidence to inform decisions.
- Influential Communicator: Can clearly articulate trade-offs, rally teams around a vision, and tailor messaging for different audiences.
