Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within large health systems, with extensive experience in enterprise implementations. Previous knowledge of revenue cycle product/application management is highly beneficial. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of healthcare products, ensuring they meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. The Healthcare Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Development: Lead the development of healthcare products by defining product vision, goals, and roadmaps. Ensure alignment with overall organizational goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across large health systems to ensure product requirements are gathered, understood, and prioritized.
• Enterprise Implementations: Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise healthcare product implementations, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows within large healthcare organizations.
• Revenue Cycle Expertise: Utilize knowledge of revenue cycle processes to drive the optimization of product features and capabilities that improve billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and work on continuous improvements through regular updates and feature enhancements.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to help drive product innovation and ensure offerings remain competitive.
• Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that products adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant industry standards.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product functionalities, features, and best practices.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare products or applications.
  • Significant experience working within large healthcare systems (hospitals, health systems, or healthcare providers).
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level product implementations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong background in revenue cycle management, including experience with billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement processes.
