Job Summary:
As the Club Recruiting (M&A) Analyst at LOVB, you will support the execution of our Youth business growth and expansion strategy. Working closely with the Club Recruiting Manager, you will facilitate the acquisition process for new clubs and tournaments from start to finish, including but not limited to coordination of internal and external stakeholders, supporting in financial analysis and deal structuring, assessment of people, and supporting confirmatory diligence analyses. You will directly interface externally with club and tournament owners/directors as well as internally across finance, legal, and operations (among others), ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned for successful integration. You will also support the New Builds strategy, working directly with the New Build Development Lead to operationally stand up new volleyball clubs across the country. This role is crucial to LOVB's mission to unify the club volleyball landscape through seamless acquisitions and new club builds.
