Key Expectations:
The Sales Development Specialist will generate new business opportunities, leverage existing industry connections, and engage potential clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leverage Existing Industry Connections:
    • Utilize a well-established network to secure introductory meetings with potential clients.
    • Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers to understand their business challenges and needs.
  • Identify and Qualify Leads:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key industry players.
    • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads targeting productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency.
  • Pain Point Analysis (High Level):
    • Engage in discussions with potential clients to uncover specific challenges within their operations.
    • Use a consultative sales approach to align Caresoft Global's solutions with identified needs.
  • Sales Funnel Management:
    • Monitor and manage the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of leads.
    • Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field plus 15+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or account management within the manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven track record of leveraging industry connections to secure high-value introduction meetings.
  • Experience in product or service organizations.
  • Strong network of contacts within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
