Job Title: Trade Processing Analyst
Duration: 6 Months contract
Location: White Plains, NY 10601
Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite/week

Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing, settlement, and reconciliation of financial trades across various asset classes in accordance with regulatory and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Validate and process trade settlement in internal systems across equities, fixed income, derivatives, or other financial products. Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile trade activity with custodians, brokers, and counterparties.
• Liaise with front office, middle office, and external parties to resolve trade breaks or failed settlements.
• Maintain transaction records and support reporting requirements for audits and compliance. Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements related to trade operations.

• Experience in trade operations, settlements, or middle office functions.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and post-trade processes.
• Familiarity with industry systems such as Client, Bloomberg, or SWIFT.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software platforms.
