As a part of the Technology team, the NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in supporting and expanding Rotochopper's use of NetSuite within a collaborative, cloud-based digital ecosystem. This role partners close with business leaders to ensure systems align with core processes and support efficient, data-driven operations.

WHAT YOU'LL Do

  • Serve as the primary partner for all NetSuite-related activities, including system design, configuration, architecture, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance, and controls.
  • Stay current on NetSuite features, module updates, and third-party applications within the NetSuite ecosystem, recommending enhancements as appropriate.
  • Plan, manage, and support integrations between NetSuite and connected systems (e.g., manufacturing, document management, expense management, engineering, shipping, and tax systems).
  • Drive user adoption by improving system usability, providing training, developing documentation, and sharing best practices.
  • Lead system testing and validation for updates, enhancements, and new implementations; coordinate user acceptance testing and report outcomes.
  • Communicate system changes and release updates to end users, including implementation plans, usage guidance, and support resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and develop system and platform roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Support data security, compliance, system controls, and ongoing system governance through established policies and procedures.
  • Apply project management practices to ensure NetSuite initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical users and business partners.
  • Maintain an onsite presence 2-3 days per week to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support users, and participate in system-related meetings and initiatives.
qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite (preferred), Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software; strong overall technical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgement.
  • Demonstrated alignment with company values; adaptable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or in a team.
