Responsibilities • Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of representation.
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney to develop strategic approaches for client cases, enhancing our firm's success rate.
• Represent clients in and outside of court.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.
• Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court, advocating effectively for clients' best interests.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case progress at every stage of the process.
Qualifications • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Texas Bar admission.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling family law cases in Texas.
• Proficiency in tracking billable hours efficiently and utilizing technology.
• Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability.
• Problem-solving skills and dedication to achieving results.
• Previous management experience or similar leadership roles are preferred.
