Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and trust administration.
  • Draft and review complex estate planning documents, including wills, irrevocable trusts, investment partnerships (LLCs), and advanced transfer strategies.
  • Counsel clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies and philanthropic giving.
  • Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust administration matters.
  • Collaborate with corporate, tax, and litigation attorneys to provide holistic estate planning solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in estate planning and administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws.
  • Portable book of business ($750K+ preferred).
  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus.
  • Strong desire to work in an innovative, collaborative, and flexible environment.
