Responsibilities

• Provide civil legal services to a broad base of existing clients.
• Collaborate with our team of experienced partners, attorneys, and outstanding staff.
• Conduct thorough legal research to develop strategic solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in Colorado.
• Minimum three years of experience as an attorney.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and time/billing systems.
• Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
