We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You'll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies • Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Participate in training and mentorship programs • Study for and pass a state licensing exam • Educate individuals and families on financial strategies • Build long-term professional relationships Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Applicants must be 18+, live in the USA, have a SSN, and pass a background check. A life insurance license is not required to apply; we assist with the licensing process • Ability to work independently and stay accountable • Strong communication skills • Willingness to complete licensing requirements • Coachable mindset Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 at plan commission

Compensation:
$60,000-$80,000 per year
