The Client Account Lead plays a pivotal role within Kaseware's U.S. Government Practice, managing our book of business for the State of Texas. This role combines strategic account ownership, account management, and expansion responsibility within a defined portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in public safety or government technology programs, excels in relationship management, and thrives in a mission-driven environment. The Client Account Lead will carry a quota focused on renewals, upsells, and account expansion, ensuring every account continues to realize measurable value from Kaseware's platform.
