Overview

General Manager opportunity with Flynn Panera. Responsible for leading cafe operations, delivering a outstanding guest experience, and developing a high-performing team.

Base pay range

$83,200.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Provideoutstanding leadership to the cafe team and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Promote a customer-focused culture, coach staff, and ensure a profitable environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.
• Recruit, train, and develop management staff; oversee scheduling to meet sales demands.
• Direct management activities, uphold Flynn Panera values, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and security programs in accordance with company policy and government standards.
• Monitor inventory, par levels, product quality, and presentation to meet company standards.
• Communicate with Area Director, Human Resources, and other managers; participate in management meetings.
• Oversight of P&L, cost controls, and adherence to company guidelines and ethical practices.
• Complete all other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management is preferred.
• Serve Safe Food Certification is a plus.
• Must have a proactive, ownership mentality.

Physical standards

• Mobility required during the entire shift, up to 10 hours.
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to safely bend, reach, carry, and stoop.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
