Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Design the solution based on the requirements
• Gather and transform business needs into solutions on Apex System
• Conduct code review and ensure that the team follows proper design guidelines and coding standards
• Determine project requirements and work with Scrum Master & BA in developing work schedules for the team.
• Liaison with Proterra stakeholders for any queries / updates
• Write progress reports and deliver demos and presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Plan UAT and manage UAT support - first level support during UAT

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of industry experience
• 5+ years of experience across varied solution design & implementation of software systems or applications / services
• T shaped resources who can guide technical teams at varied levels (at platform, applications, services, data, UI levels); hand?on / savvy enough to dive deep into specific design / implementation needs as required, at any of these levels
• Must have played key roles (Technical Solution Lead/Integration SME/Architect) in large scale projects involving multiple technologies and products
• Experience in EV Charging domain
• Experience in working with partners to onboard their EV Chargers
• Expertise in Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP), Specification, Architecture, OCPP Client and Server implementation, OCPP Testing Tools, etc.
• Expertise in the Integration of third?party EV Chargers using OCPP and other communication protocols
• Expertise in the design and development of customer facing multi?tenant SaaS applications
• Expertise in the design and development of applications using API?lead microservices architecture
• Expertise in design and development on IoT based products/platforms.
• Expertise in design and development of cloud native applications on AWS
• Expertise with AWS PaaS platforms like API Gateway, AKE, IOT, SQS, RDS, Cognito, ElastiCache, lambda, etc.
• Expertise in design and development of applications that include large data volume
• Expertise with design and development of application using SQL & NoSQL databases
• Expertise with design and development of application using java/j2ee, Spring Boot and Angular
• Expertise in design and development of integration interfaces with partner systems using industry standard protocols
• Experience in service or applications Integration space, using modern approaches and middleware tools is a must
• API design and implementation experience are a must
• Must have demonstrated skills in delivering on new products & new technologies in recent past (3 years)
• Experience in configuring specific application environments and awareness to work with build/deploy tools is a must
• Good Understanding of DevOps tools such as Maven, Ant, Gradle, GIT, Jenkins
