Job Summary
This position supports the efficient and effective operation of the campus cafeteria to ensure the delivery of nutritious, high-quality meals in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, mandates, and health requirements.
Under the direction of the Campus Cafeteria Manager and Cafeteria Lead, the incumbent is responsible for supporting daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation in accordance with established meal pattern requirements, standardized recipes, portion control guidelines, and food safety protocols. The role also includes maintaining kitchen facilities and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition, operating high-volume food production equipment as required, and performing related duties necessary to support overall cafeteria operations.
