Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process with personalized attention.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local trends.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, securing favorable terms.
• Prepare and present detailed property listings, including photos and pricing.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.

Compensation:

Full Commission ($50,000 - $100,000 yearly)

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will earn income for each completed transaction. As you close more deals, your earnings will increase. After a few years of dedicated effort, it is common for a Real Estate Consultant to earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annually or even more. The more effort you devote to building a client network, the greater your financial rewards will be.
