Full-Time | $75,000–$85,000/yr | 8-Hour Shift + On-Call

*If no certification, We will provide paid training and cover the full cost of the required certification for the right candidate. The sign-on bonus will be reduced to $10,000.00.*

What You'll Do

As the Children's Group Home Administrator, you will:

• Ensure all regulatory standards are met (Title 17 & Title 22)
• Lead, coach, and inspire staff to deliver world-class care
• Manage staffing, schedules, and training for the home
• Oversee daily facility operations, documentation, and audits
• Communicate regularly with families, conservators, and service coordinators
• Maintain safety compliance and respond to emergencies
• Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Uphold Redwood's zero-tolerance policy on abuse and neglect

Your leadership will directly enhance the quality of life for the children we support.

What We're Looking For

Required:

7+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher)
2+ years supervisory experience
Children's Group Home Certification
DSP I & DSP II
Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred:

3+ years management experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
