Responsibilities:

• Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape.
• Create detailed project plans and execute them
• Prepare Project status updates based on the stakeholders, handle Steering Meetings, Phase exits and Project meetings.
• Manage project scope, resources (human, financial etc.) and schedule to ensure that the project team members are meeting the deadlines and following the guidelines.
• Handle the escalations and conflict within the project team.

Must have:

• Over 6+ years of experience in SAP project management in leading large scale SAP implementation projects, Multi country rollouts and support projects
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and best practices.
• Experienced managing projects in Agile scrum methodologies,
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Good to have:

• PMP Certified or SAP Activate certification have added advantage.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
• Certified in SAP Functional modules.
