Who We're Looking For:

The Senior Product Manager will drive innovation in commercial real estate technology by uncovering client needs and shaping new product capabilities. You'll lead discovery, research workflows, and integrate data solutions, turning insights from customers and advisory boards into actionable product initiatives. Collaborate with Design and Engineering, champion Agile practices, and engage clients through webinars and masterclasses to deliver high-impact features that elevate CRE due diligence.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build strong relationships with clients and advisory boards.
  • Research client workflows and identify gaps for innovation.
  • Deliver webinars and content to strengthen engagement.
  • Monitor product usage with tools like Pendo and act on insights.
  • Collect requirements from interviews, surveys, and feedback.
  • Prioritize insights into product initiatives and UX improvements.
  • Lead integration with third-party data providers.
  • Align solutions with client workflows in partnership with UX and Engineering.
  • Support Agile practices like Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning.
  • Ensure client-validated work is delivered with quality.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and feature releases.
  • Embed customer feedback into product and GTM strategies.
  • Work with GTM teams to identify advisory board members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Marketing, Business with product focus preferred.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification, or similar certification preferred.
  • 5+ years product management experience, with at least 2+ years leading product initiatives.
  • Strong background in market research and discovery for B2B platforms.
  • Experience with CRE due diligence, processes, and data is a plus.
  • Experience with real estate data, platforms, and/or diversified data and delivery platforms in B2B environments.
  • Skilled in Agile practices and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in customer-facing settings.
  • Ability to synthesize research and feedback into actionable product strategies.
