- Lead Your Team: As Site Director, you'll be the champion of our Carmichael clinic. Supervise a team of 3 dedicated Medical Assistants, optimize workflows, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our patients and your team. This is hands-on leadership, directly impacting operational excellence.
- Provide Follow-Up Care: Focus solely on established neurology patients - headaches, neuropathies, Parkinson's, dizziness, dementia. No new patient evaluations, no inpatient hustle, no telehealth patient visits. Just deep, focused management of 16 follow-up cases daily, supported by robust protocols and a dedicated MA to handle the legwork.
