This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and market launch of key product categoriesin a fast?paced, growth?oriented environment. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and competitive analysis to pricing, campaigns, and business performance optimization. This position requires collaboration with cross?functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, while driving initiatives that enhance both revenue and customer impact. Accountabilities

• Lead the lifecycle management of assigned product categories, including portfolio optimization and SKU rationalization
• Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
• Manage new product development projects from ideation to launch, including business planning, market analysis, and go?to?market strategies
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, lead?generation activities, and digital content initiatives
• Maintain oversight of pricing strategies, margin improvements, and inventory investment plans
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or category management, preferably across multiple categories
• College degree required (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Healthcare); advanced degree preferred
• Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales, margins, and pricing efficiency
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a drive for operational excellence
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare?related products is preferred
• Proven ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking while driving results
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
