We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong techno-functional skills, particularly in SAP S/4HANA implementations on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in managing complex SAP requirements and delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• ABAP Development Mastery
• Develop high-quality ABAP code based on complex functional requirements across SAP modules.
• Advanced Troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve sophisticated technical issues and support users, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation to ensure transparency and future reference.
• Strategic Backlog Management
• Manage development backlog in alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Strategic Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Best Practices Advocate
• Enforce adherence to SAP development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and quality guidelines.
• Advanced Testing and Quality Assurance
• Design and lead testing strategies and work with functional teams to exceed acceptance criteria.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Lead the adoption of emerging SAP technologies, automation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP landscapes and business processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience as an SAP Developer across multiple SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP development tools including:
• ABAP OO (Object-Oriented ABAP)
• CDS Views
• SAP Development Lifecycle and Transport Management
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, especially on cloud platforms.
• Mastery of SAP architecture, standards, and development frameworks.

• Experience in high-tech or semiconductor industries.
• Demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• SAP Development Certifications (preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

• SAP Certification in ABAP Development or SAP S/4HANA Development (preferred, but not required).
