Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Sheridan, CA 95681
Compensation: $10.90 - $16.60/hr (Depending on Experience)
Job Summary:

We are seeking caring, compassionate, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) in their daily lives. This role involves providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with day-to-day activities in a supportive living environment.
Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with IDDs
• Valid driver's license is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Transport and accompany individuals to medical appointments or community outings
• Administer simple prescribed medications (if certified)
• Maintain logs and documentation of services provided
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
