Sr. Manager, Production page is loaded## Sr. Manager, Productionlocations: Folsom, California - USAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: NX-3183**Job Description:****Key Responsibilities*** **Production Leadership*** + Direct and manage daily production operations across robotics and AI camera assembly lines. + Establish and enforce production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput.* **Quality Assurance & Compliance*** + Implement and monitor QA/QC standards for robotics and AI camera systems. + Ensure compliance with industry certifications, safety regulations, and international manufacturing standards. + Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and maintain product reliability.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration*** + Partner with R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production with design and innovation goals. + Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing scalable production processes. + Provide executive-level reporting on production metrics, risks, and improvement strategies.* **Team Development*** + Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. + Build training programs to upskill teams in robotics assembly, AI integration, and advanced manufacturing practices.* **Strategic Operations*** Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of components.* Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for production facilities.* Champion automation and digital tools to modernize production workflows.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, or related field).* 5+ years of experience in production management (preferably with experience in robotics, AI, or advanced electronics).* Proven track record of scaling production in high-tech manufacturing environments.* Strong knowledge of automation systems, robotics integration, and AI-enabled devices preferred.* Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
