Key Responsibilities

• Oversees invoice preparation, data entry, and record keeping for property management
• Maintains financial transaction records and verifies business transactions for accuracy
• Prepares reports and analysis on financial statistics, supervising Accountants and Accounting Coordinators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in financial record keeping and accounting systems
• Proven supervisory experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
