Come join Woodhouse Spa, voted Best Spa by American Spa Magazine. We are hiring a full‑time Assistant Manager. Woodhouse Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the spa
• Manage spa boutique with a mindful eye for detail and to meet sales goals
• Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Proactively address and manage operational and staff concerns and issues
• Typical schedule is Wednesday–Sunday with flexibility for evening hours as scheduled

Preference for 2+ years work experience in a day spa, hotel/hospitality, retail management and/or cosmetics sales/management position.

Experience in client/guest relations and management is necessary. Additional desired skills include leadership, excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills, team‑player, positive attitude, computer, organizational, retailing, and training.
