Compensation & Benefits

  • Total earnings between $350,000 - $400,000+, based on your choice of:
    • Productivity model
    • OR Base salary + incentive model
  • Signing bonus up to $100,000
  • In-person work with potential for a hybrid schedule
  • 4 weeks of PTO + 24 paid CME hours

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations
  • Create customized treatment plans including psychotherapy, medication, and interventional therapy
  • Deliver and supervise treatments: TMS, Esketamine, Ketamine Infusions
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as neededEducate and empower patients and their families about conditions and care options
  • Coordinate care as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Manage crises and provide ongoing therapeutic support
  • Maintain thorough medical documentation
  • Participate in outcome-based research and continuing education (minimum 10 CE hours/year)
