Your Role
The Stellarus Product Management team oversees the product roadmap. The program coordinator reports to the Vice President of Product Management and provides administrative and program management support for Vice presidents and Sr. Directors. This role also includes participating in cross-functional team meetings, programs, coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and managing administrative tasks and priorities.
Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
Requires experience supporting large scale programs and projects
Requires experience as an administrative assistant supporting Director+ level employees
Requires advanced level experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
