Your Role

The Behavioral Health Operations Oversight team maintains program integrity, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and facilitates behavioral health workgroups and committees. The Program Coordinator, Experienced, will report to the Program Manager, Principal - Behavioral Health Operations Oversight. In this role, you will support Blue Shield of California's Behavioral Health program through a variety of behavioral health performance monitoring and quality improvement activities.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a college degree or equivalent experience
• Requires 3 years of prior relevant experience in managed care/behavioral health operations
• Ability to transfer data into clear, actionable insights through effective visualization and presentation techniques
• Excellent time management skills and abilities
• Strong understanding of fundamental reporting concepts, including creating and interpreting line charts, bar charts, and pivot tables
• Strong ethics and integrity
• Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting
