Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator
Job Location: Roseville, CA
Salary: $120k-$160k
Requirements: 5-10+ Years experience as a construction estimator

With 40+ years in business, we are a General contractor and have a wide range of construction projects across California and many other states. We have a large and diverse portfolio ranging across public works, education, healthcare, etc.

We are currently hiring for an experienced estimator with 5-10+ years of experience with a well rounded project list. Anything related to public works, commercial, industrial, etc. is helpful.

What You Will Be Doing

- Complete estimates for medium and large sized projects
- Review historical data from subcontractors, POs, etc. into unit cost and production rates used to generate estimates
- Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work
- Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to particular bid/project as assigned

What You Need for this Position

- 3-10+ Years Experience as Construction estimator
- Ground Up projects
- Diverse project list - Any of the following is helpful: Public works, Commercial, Industrial, etc.
- General Contracting experience is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques
- Design Build
- Bachelors degree is preferred
