2-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or administrative roles (experience in associations or nonprofits is a plus). Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email correspondence, and CRM/database management. Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Enthusiastic and team-oriented with a passion for creating memorable events and meaningful marketing content.
