Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional support and care to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation to enhance client well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients adhere to dietary and nutritional guidelines.
• Help with mobility and ensure clients' safety by preventing falls and accidents.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for clients.
• Monitor medication schedules and ensure clients take their prescribed medications as directed.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervising healthcare professional.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to support client care plans.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with compassion and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required depending on the client's needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
