Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Location: Remote for now, must be local to Rancho Cordova, CA to retrieve equipment and return onsite when the facility reopens
Project: CA HCO
Interview: Interview will be conducted by the Senior Manager, Project/Program
Proficiency with Microsoft Project is required. Education, Experience, and Additional Requirements* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* Five years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and additional software applications
* Strong transcription skills
* Experience using standard office equipment
* Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
* PMP certification preferred, not required
Job Responsibilities* Track project progress and ensure stakeholders are aware of deadlines so projects are completed within established schedules
* Establish and maintain engagement across teams to support achievement of project goals
* Ensure all project correspondence meets company standards for grammar, spelling, and punctuation
* Prepare work summaries and status reports
* Track and document lessons learned
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify project requirements, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines with flexibility and resourcefulness
* Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline project coordination and define system changes when needed
* Maintain accurate documentation of project activities including meeting minutes, action items, and project plans
* Maintain updated knowledge of contract compliance provisions and job requirements
* Follow all policies and procedures without deviation
* Perform other tasks as assigned by management
