Our Protégé Program can be a great opportunity for those who wish to someday become an Agency Owner but still need some or more experience selling Farmers Insurance Products before launching your agency. Protégé offers up to $60k Annual Base Pay + Bonuses and you'll work under one of our top Agencies in the area for up to two years!



The Retail Program is perfect for people who are ready to start their own agency. Retail offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000, 300% bonus on your monthly commission, 60% annual bonus on your commissions, and up to $6,000 for your new Farmers Signage. Our current Retail Agents have all been extremely successful and earned up to $300,000 in their first year with this program!
