Clerk/Recorder/Elections Supervisor - Senior

The Placer County Clerk-Recorder-Elections Office has one vacancy for a Clerk/Recorder/Elections Supervisor - Senior.

The main duties of a Clerk/Recorder/Elections Supervisor - Senior include: to supervise, plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities of an assigned section within the recording or elections divisions of the County Clerk/Recorder/Elections Office; to provide direct supervision over supervisory, technical and clerical staff; to coordinate assigned activities with other departments, divisions, outside agencies, businesses and the general public; and to provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to higher level management staff.

This position will remain open until filled with an initial application screening deadline of 5:00 PM, on December 29, 2025 for immediate consideration. Applications received after this date will be screened on a bi-weekly basis until the positions are filled.
