Job Details

Provides assistance and care for patients and ensures that both psychiatric and physical needs of the patients are met. Gathers and reports observational data, assists with daily living and monitors their conditions. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. Job Description:EDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
