Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the front desk and reception area of the Roseville Campus, which includes Adventist Health and various other business tenants. Answers and directs phone calls (specific to Adventist Health), manages and triages emails from Adventist Health's website, greets and checks in visitors, and perform various administrative duties as assigned. Assists with event coordination and set up, and coffee/water service for Adventist Health meetings when needed. Multitasks as needed and prioritizes workload effectively while maintaining a positive, friendly and inviting attitude.
