This is a Limited Term position - 26 weeks - - Regulates and maintains patient appointment schedules for interventional radiology, diagnostic imaging and special procedures. Job Description:EDUCATION:HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:2 years of recent experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Intermediate computer skills to include keyboarding, mouse movement, data entry and scheduling programs. Verbal/written communication skills for frequent and challenging contact with physicians, employees, patients and patient families; requires patience and compassion. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks in order to complete assignments within the time allotted and maintain standard workflow.
