Before becoming a State Farm Agent, Tomica spent three years as an agency manager alongside a State Farm Agent. Now in her fifth year as a successful State Farm Agent, Tomica leads a team of four, delivering high-quality service and engaging in meaningful, needs-based conversations with our customers. Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Needs Assessment: Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about their options and ensure they have appropriate coverage.
Lead Generation and Sales: Actively developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing tailored insurance products.
Consultative Selling: Utilizing a customer-focused approach to provide solutions that best meet individual customer circumstances and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-Sufficient: Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
Organizational Skills: Maintains structured processes and systems to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
