Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced technicians in installing HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Gain hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in HVAC installations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working.
