Culinary Lead: At this location, our culinary lead earns $20-$22 / hour.

We are looking for Full- Service Culinary Leads:
- 2 to 5 years' experience on a fast-paced line, working all stations.
- Responsible for guest satisfaction; ensuring that all standards are maintained while assisting in all culinary hourly positions as needed.
- You are an extension of management and will support the management team.
- Deep understanding of recipe knowledge of food and beverage.
- Ensure recipe adherence and timely production of food.
- Ensure basic safety, sanitation, and food handling.
- Direct and assist teammates with performing their functions in a safe and efficient manner.
- Direct and train teammates in basic culinary techniques to maximize productivity and quality of food produced while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and nutritional standards.
- Assist in all culinary hourly positions.
- Maintains equipment, storage, food preparation and serving areas in a safe and sanitary condition for the purpose of complying with current health standards.
- Support culinary team in adhering to local labor laws.
- Identify and report potential compliance issues.
- Proficient in English / basic Spanish a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Education
- High School (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
- Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
