What You'll Be Doing:

Your responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads to schedule consultations (phone or video)
• Lead virtual sessions to understand client needs and explain benefit options
• Assist with applications and ensure accurate submission
• Provide follow-up support to ensure clients feel confident and informed
• Take part in team trainings to continually improve your skills and earning potential
• You care about people and want your work to have purpose
• You're confident speaking with others and building trust
• You can manage your time and stay organized without constant supervision
• You're coachable, goal-oriented, and ready to grow
• Experience in customer service, education, sales, or healthcare is helpful but not required
• You're eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
