Responsibilities
Ongoing Training
- Complete 8 week training course to get your business up and running (within first 90 days on team)
- Attennd ongoing virtual trainings to grow your real estate business and generate leads
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly training calls, and weekly in-person team meeting
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback following client appointments
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Track tasks and activities in Place Technology
- Real estate license required but we'd also love to chat with you if you are studying for your exam!
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving your own vehicle
- Ambitious and able to prioritize tasks
- Straight forward, open and honest communicator
- Desire to kickstart your real estate business
