Job Title: Project Manager/Scheduler
Location: Vandenberg, CA 93437 (Fully onsite, no travel)
Duration: 6 months Contract
Shift: 50 Hours/Week

About the Role:

• Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with advanced expertise in Microsoft Project to manage a complex, integrated schedule for a major construction project.
• This role requires coordination and communication across multiple contractors, including a prime contractor and five major subcontractors specializing in metal, civil, electrical, HVAC, and facilities work.
• You will serve as the central point of contact for schedule integration, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and the project timeline stays on track. This position demands a strong ability to manage relationships between business units and corporate functions to meet operational goals.

• Manage and maintain an integrated project schedule using Microsoft Project for a multi-contractor construction effort.
• Coordinate scheduling efforts between prime and subcontractors across multiple disciplines (metal, civil, electrical, HVAC, facilities).
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide schedule updates, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations.
• Facilitate resolution of operational issues impacting project timelines.
• Serve as liaison between corporate shared services and internal business units to support project success.
• Ensure adherence to ITAR regulations when handling sensitive information.

• 5-9 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in construction or integrated scheduling environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and complex schedules simultaneously.
