The Operations Finance Sales Incentive team oversees calculation and analysis of internal compensation paid to Sales and external bonuses paid to brokers, as well as other incentive lifecycle activities and government mandate reporting. The Financial Analyst, Senior will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Incentive. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a line of business sales incentive program administration and facilitate a government mandate reporting program. As a trusted partner to HR Compensation and Sales, you will oversee and facilitate the incentives which drive behavior and help Blue Shield achieve its membership and profitability goals.
