What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide hands-on support for business processes and workflows to enhance user adoption of new capabilities


• Manage daily processes, issue prioritization, troubleshooting, and communication of status and resolutions to stakeholders


• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to address technical support issues and drive resolutions


• Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate process and system improvement opportunities


• Utilize digital experience tools to build segments, create monitors, and instrument conversion funnels

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field


• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role


• Proficiency in technical query languages such as SQL, SPL, and NRQL


• Strong understanding of eCommerce website and native app architecture


• Experience with Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analytics applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with digital experience tools like Decibel, FullStory, and ContentSquare


• Experience working with web-based ticketing portals such as ServiceNow


• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for application navigation and troubleshooting


• Ability to perform Financial Impact Analyses using Adobe or other analytics applications


• Experience with Promotion Creation Tools (e.g., PPC, PEM OLE)
